About the artist for the paintings pictured at top of page:

Ingrida Gasaway, was born in Riga, Latvia. She came to the United States with
her parents in 1950 as immigrants. She has lived in Washington State most of
her life and classes herself as a native. Ingrida was exposed to art at a early age since her
Father was a very well known artist and professor of art. She learned the fundamentals
and techniques growing up in her father's studio. She has further refined her natural gift
by studying with several west coast professionals. Ingrida has received numerous
awards, and her paintings are included in numerous collections throughout the United
States, Canada, Mexico Japan and the United Kingdom.
